(Lead or Senior) Product Owner IT E-Commerce (m/w/d) east of Munich

For the IT e-commerce sector, our customer is looking for a Lead or Senior Product Owner (m/f/d) at the company headquarters in the east of Munich who loves and lives agility. The IT department comprises around ten Scrum teams in which the new and further development of IT applications are promoted.

 

As an experienced Product Owner (f/m/d) you will work closely with senior management, the operational departments and the engineering teams in Munich and Spain to define scalable solutions and services for our IT landscape based on the professional and technical requirements and implement.

 

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for new and existing IT e-commerce solutions and the product roadmap, and you drive forward their development in the areas of customer, business and technology
  • You design user-focused concepts to increase customer satisfaction and check the success in order to drive data-driven development
  • You take control of the agile teams
  • You look after the stakeholders on the professional and technical side, carry out regular reviews, and convey knowledge and information about the product
  • You will take over the planning of customer and product requirements based on analysis and evaluation as well as the available resources
  • You prioritize the backlog of your team according to agile aspects continuously and in consultation with the stakeholders

 

Your profile:

  • You have many years of practical experience as a Product Owner in the implementation of IT solutions in the field of e-commerce
  • You have a good understanding of IT landscapes, user experience and processes
  • Experience with scalable Scrum approaches, Kanban and self-organized teams is just as important as experience in dealing with stakeholders, developers and service providers
  • Of course, you know how to formulate technical requirements in epics and stories
  • Experience in the use of operational project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office Stack are an advantage
  • You speak German or English very well
