We are looking for a hands-on Solutions Architect with deep technical expertise in MES (ideally SAP MES / MII / DM, or comparable platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or Dassault DELMIA Apriso).

You will design and implement MES architectures, integrate them with SAP S/4HANA (PP, QM, EWM) and shopfloor automation, and lead the technical foundation for Smart Factory initiatives worldwide.

Your Mission

• Design and own the technical MES architecture across global manufacturing sites
• Lead integration of MES with SAP S/4HANA and shopfloor automation systems
• Define and implement data and process flows between ERP, MES, and control layers
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of MES solutions
• Evaluate and implement IIoT, automation, and analytics technologies to enhance production efficiency
• Act as technical authority for MES development, deployment, and standards
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing and IT teams to translate production needs into scalable digital solutions

Your Profile

• Proven hands-on experience in MES design, configuration, and implementation (SAP MES / MII / DM, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, or Apriso)
• Strong understanding of integration with SAP S/4HANA (PP, QM, EWM modules)
• Expertise in shopfloor connectivity, automation interfaces (OPC-UA, PLCs, SCADA), and data flow design
• 5+ years in MES architecture or Digital Manufacturing solution design
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and IIoT concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to guide teams and ensure solution quality
