Data Engineer (m/w/d) 100% remote possible

As a data engineer (m / f / d) you are responsible for the independent development of our ELT / data pipelines. You can expect a wide range of development opportunities within a growing department.

 

 

Your Tasks: 

 

  • Development responsibility of raw data from different source systems (databases, Google Analytics, Kafka, Salesforce, etc.) for processing in our enterprise data warehouse and for machine learning workflows
  • You will take over the development and operation of various applications in our kubernetes cluster
  • Work with our data science team to create production-ready applications from prototypes and pilot projects
  • You continuously ensure quality and performance improvements of the existing ELT pipeline
  • You write code that writes code; Automatically generate data pipelines and dependencies in Airflow
  • You automate repetitive activities; Create pipelines for testing and deployment of our components

 

Your Profile: 

 

  • At least two years of practical experience as a data engineer
  • You have a good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • You are a Python expert and have practical experience with Linux
  • You love learning new things and being up to date with new technologies
  • You are a team player who is not satisfied with the status quo
  • You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working
  • You would like to work in an international team across borders
  • You have very good knowledge of German or English
